Compounding Finder is an information and quote-matching intermediary for compounded medications. We are not a pharmacy, prescriber, or medication dispenser. We connect patients with licensed compounding pharmacies to facilitate price comparison.

2. No Medical Advice

All information on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical decisions.

3. Prescriptions and Pharmacy Review

Many compounded medications require a valid prescription from a licensed provider. It is your responsibility to ensure you comply with all applicable laws regarding prescriptions and medications.

All prescriptions are subject to pharmacy review. The dispensing pharmacy is responsible for determining whether a prescription can be compounded and dispensed in compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

Compounding Finder does not make that determination. Any screening we perform when routing a request, such as checking whether a commercially available equivalent exists, is administrative only. It is not a legal, regulatory, or clinical determination and does not replace the pharmacy's review. The appearance of a medication, price, or pharmacy on this website does not mean that the medication can lawfully be compounded or dispensed for you.

Receiving or selecting a quote does not guarantee that a pharmacy will fill your prescription. A pharmacy may decline or cancel a request after reviewing the prescription, including after you have selected its quote.

4. No Endorsement of Pharmacies

Compounding Finder does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any pharmacy's accuracy, services, products, or outcomes. Transactions occur directly between the user and the pharmacy.

5. Use of the Website

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to provide false information, to impersonate any person or entity, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.

6. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting quote requests. Compounding Finder disclaims liability for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Silverforge Holdings LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
