What this does and does not tell you
The answer comes from the same routing that runs when a patient submits: it accounts for the state a pharmacy ships to, sterile capability, dosage forms they have opted out of, and controlled-substance restrictions. “Available” means pharmacies in our network would receive this request — not that every one of them stocks the ingredient or will choose to quote.
It is not a price quote and not a guarantee. Pharmacies confirm they can make a specific preparation when they respond to the patient’s request, and pricing is set by the pharmacy directly with the patient.
We do not publish which pharmacies they are, how many there are, or what they charge. Those stay between the pharmacy and the patient.
