Fill out a short request form with your medication details, dosage, quantity, and ZIP code. We send your request to our network of licensed compounding pharmacies. Within 1–2 business days, quotes come back to you so you can compare and choose the best option.
Quotes are not instant — they're returned by real pharmacists reviewing your request. Most patients receive their quotes within 1–2 business days. Turnaround and shipping times vary by pharmacy and are included in each quote.
Yes, completely free for patients. There are no membership fees, no hidden charges, and no obligation to move forward with any quote you receive.
Most compounded medications require a valid prescription from a licensed provider. You don't need one to request a quote, but you will need to provide one to the pharmacy you choose before they can fill your order.

Yes. All pharmacies in our network are licensed compounding pharmacies. Many hold PCAB accreditation or equivalent state board credentials. We encourage patients to verify any pharmacy's licensing with their state board if they have questions.
Yes. Your contact information is only shared with the pharmacy you choose to move forward with — it is not distributed to all pharmacies who quote on your request. We do not sell your data.
No. Please do not send your prescription via email. Once you select a pharmacy, they will provide a secure method to submit your prescription — typically by fax, secure upload, or electronic transfer directly from your provider.
We pass your contact information to the pharmacy you've chosen. From that point forward, you work directly with them — they'll walk you through next steps, collect your prescription, and handle fulfillment and shipping.
In rare cases, pharmacies may not be able to fulfill a specific request due to licensing restrictions or ingredient availability. If you don't receive quotes within 2–3 business days, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
